Like any bowl you can customize and build it to your liking. The protein in this bowl is a teriyaki marinated tempeh.
You can find my teriyaki and 5 other oil free marinades here. You want to marinade the day before you want to bake your tempeh.
The longer you let the tempeh marinade the more flavorful it will be. To bake, evenly space tempeh pieces on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake more minutes or until desired crispness. The nice thing is that tempeh is already cooked so you only need to bake it long enough for it to get a little crispy.

Cut tempeh into bite sized pieces. Put tempeh in airtight container and pour in marinade, coat pieces evenly. Store in fridge and let marinate for etriyaki least 2 hours but optimally overnight. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out tempeh pieces, they should not touch.
